Customers of a Brighton patisserie chain have even more reason to like being beside the seaside after a refit courtesy of Valera.

The Real Pâtisserie in East Street, Shoreham-by-Sea is now the proud owner of a stunning Passion Lux counter run specified and installed in conjunction with local distributor South Coast Refrigeration. Finished in white with an eye catching marble countertop the ‘L’ shaped counter provides the perfect home for Real Pâtisserie’s range of pastries, cakes, mousses and tarts all of which are made on the premises using the very best ingredients.

The modern, rounded, Passion Lux counter has refrigerated understorage, curved glass and spherical corners all of which ensure a bespoke look that is bang up to date. Electronic controls and digital display keep the unit contemporary and easy to use, whilst automatic defrost and condensate removal systems are incorporated as standard.

An independent bakery specialising in traditional French bread and cakes Real Pâtisserie first opened its doors, at 43 Trafalgar Street, Brighton in April 1997. Since then it has expanded and as well as increasing to four shops it also prepares cakes, mini patisserie and savouries for special occasions such as weddings or birthdays, a wholesale delivery service, and it even runs hugely popular Artisan bakery classes!
